| My guess was that Wishes would be cancelled and I was right and then wrong. I was indoors at the Monsters Inc. Laugh Factory past the 9 pm start and when I came out, no fireworks. I rode the Carousel of Progress again to stay warm and when I got out at about 9:40, the first shell went off to the flourish of Wishes. Sent from my iPhone -- please excuse any typos. |
